Laure Sorensen moved to Bed-Stuy from Manhattan and opened the café she had always dreamed to have just around the corner. Nutritious food, prime coffee and a lot of green to feast your eyes on. It didn’t take long until the rest of the neighborhood had fallen in love with this quality trinity. After being nagged just enough Laure was convinced to expand her business and sell the flowers and plants which decorate the place. The rumor of the place spread fast and Stonefruit Espresso became one of Brooklyn’s most popular hangouts.
